Philippe gained much of his experience at a leading national firm in Sydney where he was a Senior Associate. During this period Philippe gained extensive experience in compensation claims involving plaintiffs suffering millions in damage. He gained valuable experience in identifying the relevant negligent parties even including entities like Councils and Road Authorities who might have played a causal role in causing the damage.
Between 2006 and 2008 Philippe lived and worked in the United Kingdom during which time he was employed by the Treasury Solicitor and Lovells LLP, both large and highly respected legal service providers in the United Kingdom. He managed a diverse range of clients from Department for Transport (Highways Agency), Her Majesty’s Prison Service through to Food & Rural Affairs and The Department for Constitutional Affairs. Upon returning to Australia in 2008 he rejoined the same national law firm working in compensation law providing commercially focused advice to a variety of Third Party Insurance companies including NRMA, QBE, Allianz and Zurich.
